Your credit is one of the most important measures of your financial health. It is defined by how you’ve paid, or not paid your bills. Banks, landlords, mortgage lenders, utility providers, and even employers use your credit to predict your future financial responsibility.

If you have late payments, maxed-out credit cards, charge-offs, collections, and other derogatory items listed on your credit report, that can portray you as an unreliable borrower or a high risk. This can cause you to get denials, have high-interest rates, and have large down payments. Having bad credit can be costly.

How It Works

Credit Report Review

We perform a thorough analysis of all three of your credit reports to help you obtain a better understanding of what’s affecting your credit.

Credit Improvement

We look for discrepancies within your credit reports and dispute any errors we find with the credit bureaus.

Credit Education

We equip you with education, helpful tools, and the resources you need to build a strong credit foundation.

We help you achieve your credit goals by disputing outdated, inaccurate, and unverifiable items on your credit reports. Our highly trained professionals use a methodological approach to disputing items on your credit report with the three credit bureaus Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion. After a thorough assessment of your credit reports, if we find any errors, we start the disputing process. We challenge the credit bureaus on your behalf using the laws of the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

This law allows you to dispute any item on your credit report that is being reported by any of the credit bureaus. Once the reinvestigation is complete, if any disputed item is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or cannot be verified, the credit bureaus must promptly delete that item from the credit file of the consumer, or modify that item, as appropriate, based on the results of the reinvestigation within 30 days. You will receive the results by mail within 45 days.

We do not guarantee that you will get any deletions, or results. We adhere strictly to the Credit Repair Organizations Act, a law which states that as a credit repair company, we do not have the right to have accurate, current, and verifiable information removed from your credit reports. The credit bureaus must remove accurate, negative information from your credit report after 7 years. Bankruptcy information can be reported for 10 years.

We cannot put a specific time frame on how long the credit improvement process will take. Restoring your credit is not an overnight process, as much as we would love for it to be. The condition of your credit profile can play a huge role in the length of time it could take. We offer up to 6 months of service. During this time frame we will do all we can to get your credit profile in top notch condition.

Your credit report defines if you can acquire a home loan, vehicle financing, credit card rates and even affordable car insurance! The misconception among most Americans is that we have just one credit report. Each of the three main credit bureaus (TransUnion, Equifax, and Experian) has their own credit report to show. Over 75 percent of credit reports contain errors, and it is extremely important that you review all three credit reports to make sure the information is up to date and accurate! A lender may pull just one of your reports or all three when considering a loan, so it is paramount that you keep a close eye on ALL 3 reports.
  • There are many things that can affect your credit score, but for now let’s go over the main negative and positive factors.
  • Negative- Collections, Charge- offs, Repos, Loans, Delinquent accounts, closed account, Medical Bills and Late Payments.
  • Positive- Long and positive credit history, Low credit utilization, Positive trade lines, On-time payments, and paying more than the monthly minimum payments.

Each person’s credit report is different and each item on the report holds a different weight. If your score isn’t rising or is declining slowly; the main issue causing this is simply that the weight of the negatives outweighs the positives. If you have been making your payments on time, but your credit utilization rate is above 30% then you may see a slow increase. If you are to remove any negative items but don’t have much positive credit recorded underneath, then you may experience a small decline in your score or a very small increase. On the other hand, if you remove many negative items and underneath you DO have positive credit, your score will rise 90% of the time!
